User profiles can be created by users who access an event or added by you to the event’s Attendee List.

A user is identified by its email address, which needs to be unique. This means that no two users in the same community may have the same email address to sign in with. The email address associated with the user account cannot be changed. (Note that another “contact email address” field in the contact details of a user profile exists that can be changed and may be different from the sign-in email address.)

Other profile fields available within a user account are:

General fields

  • Title (i.e. Mr/Mrs/Prof/etc.)

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Picture

  • Job title

  • Company

  • Country

  • Additional info (can be set only by you, not by the user, for example, membership number)

  • Biography
