App installations & use

Installations

The graph for Installations shows you how many people installed the event each day. You can choose to display the data per day, or to add up the installations of that day to a cumulative value.

By platform & device

In this section you can see how the app installations are distributed between iPhones, iPads and Android phones and tablets.

The full list of devices can be found in the popup that opens when clicking View devices. Please note that for iPhones, the ID is given, so not the model name. You can find the iPhone models these ID's translate to on Wikipedia below Hardware strings. You can also put your mouse pointer on the chart to see the number of devices.

Unique users

This graph shows you how many people used the app at least once during that day and the total number in this period. Please note that if the same user uses the app twice, he or she will count as 1.

Pages

On the pages tab, you can see how many times each info tile, news tile and event info window has been viewed.

The following columns are available in the table:

  • Page type: for example info tile, app news messages or event info.
  • Views: how many times the tile or modal has been viewed in total.
  • No. of users: how many users have viewed it.
  • Views per user: the average number of views per user (=views/no. of users).
  • % of users: the number of users that have viewed the tile or modal divided by the total number of app installations in that period.

Info pages linking to a URL are listed below Pages. If you've added links to other pages in these tiles or in news messages, these will show up in the Links section, provided that they don't open in the external browser.

Messages

This table lists all announcements sent on app level that were viewed at least once in the selected period.

The following columns are available:

  • Views: how many times the message has been viewed in total.
  • No. of users: how many users have viewed the message.
  • Views per user: the average number of views per user (=views/no. of users).
  • % of users: the number of users that have viewed the message divided by the total number of app users in that period.
